Additionally included in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key detailing different areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
